Mini maple muffins



1 1/4 cups rice milk or regular milk
2/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts( optional )

Combine wet ingredients using a whisk. 

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredience

Add both mixtures together

Bake at 350 for 12 min. For regular size muffins bake for 20-25 min
